1. 1. 1. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITYUsing this website or availing any of its services, you are certifying that you have attained legal majority age and are of sound mental competence to enter into a contract i.e you are not otherwise disqualified to enter into a contract. You also certify that by using this website, you have full competence to discharge or comply with any financial or contractual obligations required of you.
         You agree to make reservations in good faith for your exclusive personal use or for the use of your invited guests only and not for any other purposes, including but not limited to – carrying out illegal activities, holding get-togethers / parties or in any way raise any demand by listing your booked nights for sale on third party websites or by reassigning the booking to someone else by any method. You also agree to abide by all rules and regulations laid down by the owners at all times. You are fully responsible towards the safety of your own belongings at all times.
   2. BOOKING PROCEDURE
      You may submit your booking request through the online booking form or by sending us an email on the address provided. If the room/accommodation type you have requested for is available in your required dates, we will notify you about the same and intimate the advance payment amount required to confirm your reservation. Up till this point, your booking is not confirmed. You will have to make the payment online or in person within 72 hours of the booking request unless otherwise agreed upon. On receipt of the payment within the stipulated time frame, we will share the booking confirmation with you via email. In case your payment arrives later than 72 hours of the booking request, your booking will be deemed subject to availability at the time of receipt of the payment and it shall be up to our sole discretion whether to accept or reject your reservation.
      –  Check-in time: 2 pm, Check-out time: 12 pm
      In the unlikely event, we are unable to provide you with the room/accommodation type as confirmed by us; we will inform you at our earliest by email and may offer you alternative accommodation. You will have the option of either getting a full refund of the advance paid or accepting the alternate arrangement proposed by us.
   3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
      A confirmed booking can be cancelled subject to the following cancellation charges unless otherwise specifically mentioned in your reservation voucher:
      • a) Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival will attract 60% deduction
      • b) Bookings cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival will attract 100% deduction
      • e) There is no refund for no-show or early departure
      • f) Booking cannot be transferred to any third party

All bank fees or currency conversion charges to be borne by the guest and will be deducted from the refund amount if any.

1. 1. PRICES
      a) Prices mentioned on the website are indicative and are subject to change solely as per our discretion. Such changes, however, will not affect the price you have already paid. Your paid price is fully guaranteed once we have issued a confirmation towards your booking amount. However, local taxes are applicable as per actual and are subject to change as per the current Government taxation policies.
      b) Local taxes are applicable extra to mentioned prices.
      c) The booking cannot be transferred to any other name.
      d) Breakfast inclusive in standard room tariff for all listings except Serviced Apartment. For any bookings made on discounted tariffs, the inclusion of breakfast would be subject to our mutual agreement beforehand.
      e) Our prices exclude Insurance.
      f) Please put forward any questions or complaints you may have regarding your booking on prakashkutir@gmail.com.
   2. Our RESPONSIBILITIES TO YOU
      a) In the unlikely event that we fail to provide the accommodation booked or another similar accommodation, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected your enjoyment of the arrangements.
      b) However, we will not be liable where any failure on our part has arisen due to unforeseeable, unavoidable or unusual circumstances beyond our control – comprising of, but not restricted to natural calamities, sudden change in local political scenario, severe climatic conditions, sudden damage to our property or equipment rendering the use of the accommodation or any of its services impossible, any misrepresentation or concealment of facts on the guest’s part – the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised.
      d) Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total sum charged for your booking.
   3. YOUR LIABILITY
      a) In the event of any loss or damage to our property and / or injury sustained by us, or our employees, suppliers, representatives, contractors and / or agents as a consequence of your actions or those of any other members of your party – willful or negligent – we shall reserve the right to terminate your booking at any time with immediate effect without making any refund to you. We will also be within our rights to claim from you an appropriate amount as compensation.
      b) We also reserve the right to terminate your booking at any time with immediate effect without making any refund to you if you or any other member of your party commits any illegal act or behaves in such a way as to spoil other guests’ enjoyment of their booking.
      c) If we terminate your booking we will usually hold your details and those of all other members of your party within our systems and we may refuse any future bookings from you or any other member(s) of your party.
      d) International guests: Valid Passport, visa and immigration requirements need to be in order and in accordance with the laws of India for all members of the guest party. Your specific passport, visa and any other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. We reserve the right to deny accommodation to one or all members of the guest party in case you are unable to furnish the above documents prior to check in.
      e) For Indian guests: a valid Government Photo ID Card is required for all members of the guest party. We reserve the right to deny accommodation to one or all members of the guest party in case you are unable to furnish the above documents prior to check in. PAN Card is not accepted as ID proof.
   4. SPECIFIC WARNINGS
      a) You must ensure that your access to and your use of our website is not illegal or compromises any laws applicable to you.
      b) You must take all precautions to ensure that your access and use of our website does not expose your computer system or any other electronic device you are using to the risk of virus, malware, adware or any malicious computer program or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system or any other electronic device you are using. Without any limitation, you are responsible for ensuring that your own computer system or any other electronic device you are using meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use our website. For all intents and purposes, we do not accept any responsibility for any interference or damage to your own computer system or any other electronic device you are using which arises in connection with your use of Besthomestaydelhi.com or any linked websites.
      c) We do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from our website or any linked websites will be free from any virus, infection, computer program routine or other condition which has contaminating or destructive properties. You are solely responsible to ensure having taken all checks and precautions to satisfy your own particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output and to guarantee protection against any virus, infection, computer program routine or other condition which has contaminating or destructive properties.

You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Website as well as all your acts and deeds including the acts and deeds of your companions while being at Besthomestaydelhi.com
